Policies
- Must be 21 years or older to check in
- No Pets Allowed
- No Smoking or Vaping in rooms
Rates & Occupancy
- Rates are based on double occupancy
- Additional adults: $20 per person, per night
- Children under 15 stay FREE when sharing a room with an adult (maximum 2 children per room)
- A 14.45% state and local occupancy tax applies to all stays
Reservations & Cancellations
- A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, including no-shows, will result in loss of deposit
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a $20 cancellation fee
- No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather
